Kirac Vault Pass icon reminder intermittently pops up when zoning.

In a prior league, the predatory nagging reminder for Kirac Vault Pass rewards was eventually patched to be dismissable permanently. It appears this bug may be back, triggered by free tier rewards.

Intermittently when I zone into a new area the blinking nag icon re-appears in the lower left, even if I have not completed new tiers of the vault pass.
