The Tutorial Section for the Portal Scroll Needlessly Gets in the Way of Equipping Flasks

I hope you are all doing fantastic!

With the Tutorials kept on, as soon as a user picks up a Portal Scroll, a massive pop-up shows up above it. If the user has the portal scroll in the top left of their inventory, this pop up covers up the flasks in the equipment screen. That pop up does not go away until the user uses the portal scroll. At the beginning of the game, portal scrolls are scarce. Users do not want to use portal scrolls apathetically. Users would have to use the portal scroll to see what flasks they have assigned to which button.

In my opinion, the pop-up is unnecessary because the portal scroll has a very simple function which is described with in the portal scroll itself. If the pop-up stays in the game, it shouldn't cover any part of the equipment or inventory.

you can just set skip all tutorial right in the beginning of the game

Thanks! Ya, it's true. But the bug report is for those that want the tutorial up.
