Vaal earthquake Marauder viable?

Bleedquake or some form of Vaal Earthquake is my favorite skill in the game and I would like to try and make it work this season.

I usually run a gladiator with it for the extra bleed but thinking of trying a Marauder of some sort ... was thinking Jugg for the tankiness

thoughts or help?
