Problems with technical support.

I filed a support ticket to change the lost mail from my account, the support asked me to go through identity verification, I provided all the information and I was asked to create a new account and provide the name of the character and account, but more than 2 days have passed since the submission and not a single message from those support. Should I wait for an answer or does this mean that no one cares about me?
