Heartseeker Portal Effect doesnt work

I claimed Twitch drops and equipped them, Wings works fine but portal effect doesnt work. Need help :)

Ok, im dumb. Someone in game fixed my problem. I was trying portals from kiracs missions, it should be my portals to work lol my apologies ^^
