Trade - Max 1 DIV filters out all items below 1 DIV

Dear Support,

Location: Trade Filter / Buyout Price
Settings: Divine Orb / Max: 1

In this setting the users expectation is to see all items with a MAX price of 1 Div AND all items below that price.

However the items cheaper than 1 DIV are filtered out!

Are the items "cheaper than 1 div" items that are priced in Divine Orbs, or items priced in other currencies?

sure. The bug appears on every search (made some tests), I am a coder myself.

To restrict the result-list, I e.g. searched for Elusive on Crit on Boots.

The Bug is MORE dramatic then I thought. Changing Max-price to DIV only filters into the result list only prices given in DIV, that includes e.g. 0.5 DIV.

Worse: Changing back to chaos, e.g. 400c (which is clearly more than 1 DIV) leads to result items ONLY posted with a CHAOS price.

Worse: Deleting the MAX-value does not lead to the standard behavior, i.e. listing all items, but still items not stated in CHAOS will be filtered out.

Worse: The trade-TAB of the browser is broken at this point. You need to open a new tab in order to search for all items again.

you need to select chaos orb equivalent, not chaos orb. This is user error and not a bug.

as for when filtering to divine orbs.. thats right its only going to show divine orbs, only chaos orb equivalent will show multiple currencies. also not a bug.

IMHO I disagree and precise the argument. There is simply not a valid use case to filter "only items fixed in alchs". I try to imagine what your (the programmers) reasoning is ... :

a. You are saying it is a desired (and hence requested) feature to see 'valuable' items in only ONE currency, that the seller has requested.

b. You are assuming the use-case that a char is valuing the 'payment type' very high and the actual search for an item he can afford much lower.

c. So even if the user has by far the currency to afford the requested item it will NOT be shown and that is exactly the intention of most (if not all) traders.

d. Finally the both chaos settings "chaos" and "chaos equiv" are clear to almost everyone. It is not a misunderstanding, or sloppy conception but a "user ERROR" like you put it.

Well, I made a short inquiry about this matter and I have to say that neither experienced nor very much so BEGINNERS can follow this "feature a-d" reasoning. None of them. Improvement was requested.

One final question:
- If a user really wants to limit his purchase to items <= (!) 1 div (exactly), how should he do it? Wanna introduce additional equivalents like Exalt / Div / Mirror? Should we request Ninja + Awakened for actual exchange rates (that vary during a day-cylce)?
