Opinion and advice for build

Good morning everyone, i'm still amateur at poe trying and experimenting with builds i like necromancer. So any help and advice for this build would be appriciated. Thanks

Capping elemental resistances is very important in POE. You need to acquire more resistances on your items.
You should replace your helmet and amulet with rares that provides high life and resistance rolls. In this game, rares are typically more powerful than uniques. Uniques are usually worn for a certain special effect. What is the purpose of Storm Burst and Power Siphon? " Thanks on reply, i didn't knew about unique and rares. Will try to obtain some rare with resistances. About storm burst and power siphon is good question i dunno why i did it but when i use power siphon on wand than storm burst its good combo or ain't. | |

" At the point you are, you are too new for original ideas. You have to have a build that you can follow so you can be successful with it then you can try to explore your own original ideas. Trust your mind and strengthen your abilities!
