High contrast mode?

Hi I became visually impaired a couple of years ago, And thought I'd give this a bit of a go on PC.

The game is very dark, so I Google to find out if there was a high contrast mode and according to chatGPT There should be an option in the UI menu to select high contrast mode, but it doesn't seem to be there. Is there actually an option for this or am I out of luck?
