Supporter Pack missing after purchase.

I purchased the Lithomancer pack today and have not received it. My account name is Whitewolf47767 on Playstation. Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear this has happened! Can you please open the in game store, attempt to purchase any pack, but do not complete the purchase. Then return in game and see if this has updated your purchases?
