[Ps5] Chat bug - Can't Whisper or Invite

Sometimes we loose the options to whisper or Invite players in the game UI.

This is a very old issue that for some reason was never fixed.
I can't find any mention of it in the Know Issues section.

To fix the issue we have to kill and restart the game.
