Consistent crash in one section of the map [XBOX]

Everytime I run into one section of the map i get the "buzzsaw" crash to the home screen.

It doesn't happen right when I run into the zone but only at a point around halfway.

I managed to get past it once while in Delirium and when I ran back to gather loot I crashed.

Spawned in the beginning and now whenever I go back there I crash and can't get past.

It's an Al-Hezmin citadel in the underground river map.

I've just about used all my portals without getting to the boss fight due to crashes which is unfortunate.
