Redeemer's Amulet Prefix is Tier 2 Without a Possible Tier 1

The Redeemer's amulet prefix for 1% increased damage per 15 dexterity is tier 2 in game. There is no tier 1 prefix in this affix group. The equivalent Shaper's prefix (1% increased damage per 15 dexterity) is tier 1.

this has been reported many many many times and GGG has never responded, may be intended or the spaghetti code doesn't let this be fixed.
this only shows up on dual influenced items when both influences have the same mods, one influence will show as t1, the other t2... even if they are the exact same. |
