Layouts of Blight Ravaged maps missing from bulk item exchange.

As in the title, many layouts of blight ravaged maps are missing from bulk exchange.

Example of maps missing:
Blight-Ravaged Crimson Temple
Blight-Ravaged Crimson Township
Blight-Ravaged Armoury
Blight-Ravaged Lighthouse
Blight-Ravaged Canyon
Blight-Ravaged Caldera

and many others.

From what I can see pretty much any regular blighted map can also be blight-ravaged. And that part on bulk exchange seems complete.

It would be very helpful if this was complete, both for directly buying many maps at once, and perhaps also making buy orders for those maps, which is currently impossible.
