[PS4] Using Forge of the Titans freezes game consistently

Has happened in 3/3 primeval remnants that I’ve run. Had to keep force closing the game, portal back in and put the item in the forge, and then quickly try to hit R1 to use before it froze again (and it still freezes on use but at least the effect is applied and the item is back in your inventory). One map it took 5 portals (4 freezes) before I got it to work.

Same thing happens on Xbox. Had this happen in all of my remnants.

same problem today 18/4 after new patch. 5 portal to scouring a tree. pls fix
