A quality mouse does make a huge difference, but you should have gotten an ergonomic mouse for a game like this. They're even making them with gaming grade lasers these days.

The Naga rocks. I don't even use the keyboard anymore, save for pressing shift. Feels good, man.

Got myself a Nostromo and a logitech g500.
It's so much heaven. Though I'm probably going to get another mouse with more buttons. Cause, you know, MOAR BUTTONS! OP, I know the feeling shifting from some stock mouse to an actual gaming mouse. Nice, at 1sti was like a mouse is a mouse.. wow was i wrong. I Got my self The R.A.T 9 Wireless mouse. As i play off of my tv. Best computer upgrade i have gotten ever. here is a 1 min video of the mouse i use
