I don't understand what I have to do to make it harder for the enemies on maps 12 13 14 15 16. Is it with the clothes in the passive or something. I will ask for help on what exactly needs to be done to make my hero Anguar more durable.

Go to the builds section of the forums, and inspect how other player's builds accomplish this. Then try to incorporate those methods in to your own build, if you can. You may have to look at something that is similar to what you're already trying to accomplish. Also, take advantage of Path of Building (PoB) or the PoeMate App on your phone.
