With new models for unique helmets, will certain cosmetic effects not work?

All the cosmetic headgear effects have all at least "worked" with the helmets we have. Caps, helmets or circlets all have a shape that doesn't really move too far out from the head but what about unique items like Starkonja's Head, Alpha's Howl, Hrimnor's Resolve or Fairgraves' Tricorne? What will happen when you do add new models for all unique items?

If some cosmetic effects have a wolf head poking out of them it would look very wrong, I'm not talking about how some effects wouldn't match very well with certain uniques as in those cases it's still working as intended. I'm more concerned about combinations where the whole effect is ruined because the shape of the helmet covers a large part of the cosmetic effect.

If cosmetic effects clip through the unique items in a way that makes it look bad, are you going to make those cosmetic effects move slightly to take the size/shape difference compared to normal headgear into account?
