Leadership's price invisible on trade

hey. I bring to trade Leadership's price with rolls: fire res +3, cold res 0, light res +3.
I cant find it on trade with exact parameters. Problem is 0 cold res. If i add #% to maximum Cold Resistance min = 0 to stats filter i get result from +1 cold res and more. But not from 0.
same result if i try to min = -1, max = 1. Its just invisible on trade

Rather than searching for "has the stat at 0", it seems to work with "does not have the stat".
