[3.22] Vortex & Cold Snap Build | Occultist | Trial of the Ancestors | Path of Exile 3.22

Hey guys, vortex & cold snap occultist build is here. I got a relic with 19% to Cold Damage over Time Multiplier mod and decided to use in a build.
Vortex is a cold spell that deals damage in an area around the character and leaves a ground effect that chills and deals heavy cold damage over time.

Build Cost
- Medium Budget: 20-50 div

Life Auras: You need to get a jewel with "#% increased Reservation Efficiency of Skills" mod and "20% increased Life Reservation Efficiency of Skills" mastery point to open all auras on prism guardian.

Bandits: Kill All

- (New) 12% increased Mana Reservation Efficiency of Skills
- (New) 10% less Physical Damage Taken while on Full Energy Shield
- (New) Every 4 seconds, Regenerate Life equal to 1% of Armour and Evasion Rating over 1 second
- Cold Exposure you inflict applies an extra -5% to Cold Resistance (Removed)
- 40% increased Effect of Non-Damaging Ailments (Removed)
- Arcane Surge Support no longer causes Arcane Surge to grant more Spell Damage. Instead, it now causes Arcane Surge to grant 10% increased Cast Speed

Gem Setup:

Vortex - Efficacy - Controlled Destruction (Awakened) - Awakened Elemental Focus (Awakened) - Swift Affliction (Awakened) - Hypothermia

Vaal Cold Snap - Controlled Destruction (Awakened) - Hypothermia - Bonechill

Zealotry / Summon Skitterbots / Elemental Weakness - Blasphemy (Awakened)

Shield Charge - Faster Attacks / Vaal Discipline - Enlighten (Lvl 3)

Flame Dash - Arcane Surge (Lvl 1) (Divergent) - Vaal Molten Shell

Prism Guardian:
Hatred / Malevolence / Determination

What map mods to avoid?
Something like this:
Monsters reflect X% of Elemental Damage
Players have X% reduced effect of Non-Curse Auras from Skills
Monsters have X% chance to Avoid Elemental Ailments
