Beta be open?

When will the beta be open ? cause i think they should get rid of this close beta... i seen so many people whinning and crying over a beta key.. but i would just like to know when can anyone join in on the beta when it is open to the public? it would generate alot more attention and would prob generate a whole new source of income for this "grinding gear games" if they put in a way for people to buy things in the game. So i hope they hear me and if i dont get into the closed beta o well i tryed.. I will just wait for the open beta or for the real thing or worse i just will go get diablo

Well Open beta is still beta, but major bugs should be cared off, still it's quite obvious that when Open Beta comes in, bug reports will multiply (hard to detect them all by choosing random people in limited matter) on the other side it's closed beta is good for developers because it doesn't put strain on a servers a lot (and it's quite easy to limit people in).
