What's a good loot filter (first time using)?

So the last few leagues I've played I've done so without a filter. Needless to say it gets pretty much unplayable later on. I want to do it different this time, but I don't know what's a good filter or where to get it. Generally, I don't want to miss anything I might need (even if temporarily), so I'm not looking for a "gg only" filter, but I just don't want my entire screen littered. Any suggestions?

I use Regular at league start, Semi-Strict at maps and Strict after T14.
Good enough with the default settings and you can customize later on if you want

You can also sub to a Filter creator via the PoE website (i.e. NeverSink) and your filters will update automatically.

Looks good, thank you! I assume this is updated with the latest patch notes? What is the purpose of connecting your PoE account (I have not)?
