Item speaks for itself, though I have posted a quote below to help clarify some of the rumors regarding the "guaranteed" unique item drop within the map.

I designed the map. So far as I'm aware the uniques do not get forced into a maximum roll, just a lucky coincidence. At least one unique is guaranteed to drop though!
