Jun veiled bug

Every time I unveil a item it says operation could not be completed it’s happening on multiple runs.

Same here.
Any unveiling tells you the recipe I unlocked, but as soon as it happens the red text appears "This operation could not be completed"

**Edit** I found this this thread on google and didn't realize it, but the same bug is happening to me on PC...
