Arcane Surge

Is it intended that arcane surge duration also scales off the duration on the main gem tag it is linked too? I have an anomalous bone offering which grants 40% less skill effect duration, and this affects arcane surge as well. This also applies to sources of increased skill effect duration. Haven't seen any info about this anywhere and not sure if I should make a bug report in case its intended.

Are you saying that Anomalous Bone Offering's quality effects apply to everything including things that aren't linked to it? In this case I would probably say it's a bug and is supposed to be local to the Bone Offering itself.
I don't think it should be applying to Arcane Surge either, that's a little weird. Are you sure this is the case? |

This is intended, 40% less Skill Effect Duration affects all skill effects of the skill.
Arcane Surge Support linked to Bone Offering provides Arcane Surge buff which is its skill effect. |
