Storm Brand activation time with Runebinder.

Hi guys.

I can't find the answers for would each Storm Brand activate separately/individually or together at once if I have two Storm Brands binded to the same single enemy?

This is possible with taking Rune Binder keystone and is important to see if they could shock a target separately at a higher interval or if even both attached to the same target they would fire at the target exactly at the same time therefore not leaving enough time for removing shock from the target in between their shock application.

I guess shock removal could be useful for many things but why I am interested about it is because the newest skill Lightning conduit uses it. Normaly LC would reapply shock with an orb of storms immediately after casting it appropriately but with spell echo the repeat does not trigger orb of storms therefore the use of orb of storms and LC linked with spell echo result in flat 50% dps loss. This could be mitigated with the use of Storm Brand.
