DX12 client crashes since 08/21/2022

Description of issue:

Playing my character RICKI_LAKE_OF_KALANDRA

This is an ignite-based ballista elementalist


Today when running expedition logbooks (in this case, a specific layout - Utzaal outskirts), I crashed 3-4 times to desktop without an error, so I am assuming this is a client crash.

This has happened infrequently since 08/21/2022 I note from my log file, but today it happened 3 times in short succession so either the issue is worsening or this specific seed/layout exacerbated the problem.

Another detail I noticed:


The crashes I think happen specifically, or happen more often, when I stream twitch TV on my other monitor.

Not sure if that helps the PoE devs at all, but just a thing I noted.
