Beta activation and stuff

Hello, this is my first post. Looks like you guys got a nice community here. I hope it works like that ingame too.
Sooo...if someone would be so kind to explain please,
can I get into this BETA with a 10$ key? Is the BETA always on 24-7 or are there special weekends with 1 event or two and crap like that? Are there only US servers? How big is the full client installation with updates? When is the game expected to launch?(I'm not going to buy it anyway, just want to know how much game time I can get for my cheapass 10$ BETA key)

You get full closed beta access to the game for $10 and the full $10 as the paid currency for aesthetic and usability extras. The game will be free to play when it is released.
