Fractional item prices

There really need to be a fix to the fact you can't price things with ratios. It's currently impossible to set a price of 1/3 of a chaos per fusing, or to bulk sell scarabs (i.e if you want to sell multiple items at once ex 10/3).

Actually it is possible. When pricing just press Y (or triangle) and type 1/0.33 and set the price to chaos.
