(Xbox) I can’t get past the terms of use screen.

Nothing has worked to get it to accept the terms of use. I even tried to create an account with email my Xbox account uses, and then made a profile with my exact Xbox username. Then I agreed to the terms and conditions and logged back in once just to make sure.
Hard reset the xbox, the game still just asks me to accept the terms, but doesn’t give me a button to push to do that.
