No Offence Tab on Character Screen

Hello,
I am a PS4 player. When I bring up the in game menu there is a character screen with my stats. At the top I see my three attributes and below that are three tabs; Defence, Misc, and Charges. There is no tab for offence stats. I have seen that other PC players have this on gameplay videos or streams. Is this a glitch? Should there be an offence stat tab? At least on PC, it shows offensive stats when selecting an ability in that menu. I dunno how the ps4 interface looks but is there anything there to look over the stats of your skills?

There is a separate skill section that has offensive stats per each skill. I was wondering if there were some general offensive stats like my global modifiers etc.
