Animate Guardian disappeared. 10:20 GMT +1, PS5

My Animate Guardian disappeared after taking portal from the end of Sirus fight to Karui. He didn't die and I didn't resummon him or anything. I was in a group with someone and carrying his Sirus fight. After taking the Portal back to the city and back to my friends hideout, my animate guardian was gone. I've been through multiple wave 30 simulacrums and maven boss fights before, without any issues. This happened for the second time now in one day. I can't resummon him anymore and it cost me roughly 6-7 ex to gear him, which is why this is especially frustrating. I tried to relog, didn't help. Just wanted to report it and it looks like I'm done for the season... GG
