PS5 sound bug..

dear Developer,

I've been playing POE from a couple of years ago and appreciate for the great game.
however, from the new Sentinel season, sound mute bug during the game play didn't fixed at all and even worse after patches..
this is serious bug that can't concentrate the game and drove me fucking crazy..
As a minimum, please let people know that you guys recognized situation and working on it then estimate the time frame to fix!!

Please fix this sound bug on PS5...I payed $120 for stash space,got the heist and delve tabs in the purchase but cant use them cause the modes are unplayable due 2 sound bug.I love your game but hate getting ripped off. This issue has affected me enough create an account and write this garbage
