Main Account KoharuTM locked again after a purchase

So for the second time my main account got locked after an purchase, can you guys help me with this issue?
It's pretty annoying, every time I buy something in the store, whether it's a pack or points, I get banned right away and I always have to post it here or send an email and stay 1 or 2 days without playing. Last bumped on Jul 9, 2022, 2:19:30 AM

" Banned and locked is not the same. Are you talking about the pop-up you get when trying to login to the game client --> "your account have been locked, please contact support" ?? |
