Blue Screen while playing PoE

So i am getting blue screen everytime i start PoE and play few minutes.
My sound card is not creative and my drivers are all up to date. (graphic card Ati Radeon 4800HD series).

When I play games like Skyrim, LoL, Dota 2 , HoN this isnt occuring.

Post blue screen. We can't help without know whats wrong.
