Mineral Pools Boss?

Hi. Can someone tell me how to kill this boss? With his beam im almost instadead. Either you oneshot him or with Ballistas and dot its fairly easy and so on, but as a char who needs to go within his range or at least a bit closer...

Get more life, 3.8k isn't enough.

The beam has a cooldown. You can bait the beam and then break it with a pillar. This then gives you a window (in time) during which you can attack without being beamed.
It also does lightning DoT damage so it can be mitigated with DoT damage reductions and lightning damage reductions.

According to https://poedb.tw/us/Shock_and_Horror the cooldown is 20 seconds.
