Veiled Chaos Error?

Hello, I am in the Hideout, crafted a prefix mod "Suffixes Cannot Be Changed" from bench on a Opal Non-Influenced iLvl100 RING with a 1 Prefix Cold Damage Essence, and 3 Suffixes. I then used a Veiled Chaos Orb, and it replaced all mods on ring with random mods. The veil is NOW a SUFFIX?!!! LOL.
Does a Veiled Chaos NOT honor the bench craft "Suffixes Cannot Be Changed"? Can you please fix the ring? IDK what you can do to FIX this, if this is an ERROR. Thank you. GGG doesn't restore lost items for any reason nor do they track items in game. They can't/won't "fix" your item.

OK, i understand.
But is what I described an PROBLEM/BUG/ERROR with the VEILED CHAOS ORB that NEEDS TO BE FIXED? or it doesn't actually respect the bench craft "suffixes cannot be changed" and the veiled chaos orb is working as intended/fine? If this is a problem, will/can it be addressed and fixed by game devs? Thank you. (Side Note: I believe this is a problem when you have an essence prefix with the bench craft prefix "suffixes cannot be changed", and then you use a veiled chaos or T4 Aisling. I did notice when I don't have an essence mod, the veiled chaos/T4 Aisling works like it should so far.) |
