Perfect Crime/Clever Construction (% trigger an additional time) bugged if triggers from timeout

There is a bug with the "% chance to trigger trap an additional time".

If the trap triggers from time (i.e. no monster trigger or chain reaction doesn't trigger it) then the % chance to trigger a second time will never happen.

If a monster triggers the trap or if chain reaction triggers it, then the ability appears to work as intended.

This is easily tested in the hideout. If you throw down a single trap it won't ever trigger twice. If you throw down two traps next to each other (with Chain reaction allocated) the second trap will potentially trigger an additional time.
