General Discussion - Rings and Orbs of Chances - Forum

No, the ilevel does not effect the chance of rolling a unique of that item. All you need is a base item of the unique you are rolling for. Many Uniques can be won off a lucky n00b fighting Hillock for the first time.	Posted by Deleted on Apr 11, 2013, 4:24:09 PM

the value of the rings you can get from 200 chances ( if lucky as hell) is not worth the value of the chances, if this is hc ill gladly buy the chances though as im trying to chance a couple items.. Guess I'm one of the lucky ones. Found a 30% cold res ring a week ago, chanced it into fragments. Lies! I got GCP every time I kill a mob with my mouth in JUST the right position!
