Stuck mob close to Quest Boss

Stuck mob not responding but couldn't be pass through, blocking way...
 Like I noticed stucking occurs in the area of Boss often. I also noticed this bug, something with the AI of the monster. I also had them running into walls and not attacking me when I get close. Non-Oriath mobs, I know the scared citizens do this.

No, I am trying to get GGG the information that they need to find and fix these sorts of things.
Without that bug report number, they can't recreate the instance. "Me too" doesn't even come close to giving them any pertinent information to be able to track this down now does it?
