I am 99% sure this is bugged, I have been looking out for it now and haven't even seen rogue markers drop from them, let alone a contract or w.e

And you don't have Heist blocked in your Atlas Tree?
Since that not only makes Smuggler's Stashes not spawn but also makes Markers etc. from other sources not drop. ... is not a troll

Happens to the best of us. At least it's been a long time that I've seen someone with Ancestral Bond assigned and wondering why they don't do damage anymore.
I hope I get some bonus RNG for clearing up these reports in here. ... is not a troll
