Mana reservation

Hello exiles,

I'm getting a bug while using mana reservation efficiency nodes on Xbox.
for example, I use the vitality has 100% mana reservation efficiency and it stills reserves mana.

Not a bug. +100% efficiency means it's twice as efficient (100% base + 100%), so only reserves half the mana it would otherwise. It's weird, I know.

yes but I used all the mana reservation efficiency from passives, so its should be 100% if im not wrong.

It's not 100% less mana reserved but "efficiency".
Let's say you get something done in 2 hours working with your normal 100% efficiency. Now if you work twice as efficient (100% plus another 100% = 200% effort/efficiency), you get it done in 1 hour, not instantly.
It's the dev's way to work around turning something into nothing and has diminishing returns. If you had +200% mana reservation efficieny on the tree, it would still reserve 33% of the original cost (100% base + your 200% = 300% efficiency -> reservation/3)
