Atlas progress from last league mostly lost

Last league i cleared every map except doryani and vinktar. Had most of the atlas passives allocated and was pretty proud of my progress.

Transfer to standard and wanted to respec my passives. So Kirac gave me two books which added up to 24 skill points. Where did the rest of my 110+ points go?

Could be because it's a new league. I remember they also reset the trials.
