Gluttony of elements not working with degens

Re-posting because my original thread from a year ago is locked and its still broken. If you're leaving the skill bugged because of the possibility of immune builds please say so.

Gluttony of elements is not working properly with degens. I died to a mob's scorching Ray in lava lake with gluttony up and RF isn't transferring the healing to energy shield with zealot's oath.

Edit: Upon closer inspection there's a weird interaction going on with life/es and elemental degens. When gluttony of elements is active and a character has both life and es while inflicted with an elemental degen the es will degen and the life will regen only until the es reaches 0 at which point the life regen will stop. When CI is applied the degen kills the character after es degens to 0. Tested with Tukohama's vanguards scorching ray in A6 and with RF.
