Burning ground from searing exarch altars does insane damage

The burning ground from searing exarch altars mod that drops when mobs die does insane damage that kills my 5K+ life Jugg with 77% FR in 2 seconds has to be a bug. Please fix it.

Based on other sources they are based on attack damage of the mob and therefore will be further affected by mods and as such "works as intended" but the mod interactions make it insane.
