3.17.1 Hotfix 2

Disabled the "error" sound effect unintentionally introduced in 3.17.1 when trying to use an empty flask or a life flask on full life.

This has been deployed without restarting the servers, you will need to restart your client to get the fix.

Has any exile really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?
