If you're going to sell it, you better do it asap. Value will drop drastically in a couple of weeks since this thing can drop anywhere in the game (unlike Kaoms for example, which drop at 66+ maps).

I'd personally just make an insane character build that can use it. And then post a build in the relevant class board to advertise it.

THEN sell the thing when I return to my existing farming character.

If I'm lucky I'll have accumulated enough for a regular 6L for one or the other by then.

It'd necessarily be a glass cannon type of character.

Or a character that would be a glass cannon if it weren't for the ton of defensive supports that they have on their dual totems or something like that.

item value will drop each day it can basicly drop on the twilight beach you can force farm it on tidal islands hallrake normal 3-6 simple robes drop there on a normal run (thats what i do at the moment) the only thing thats unclear how rare the thousend ribbons is compared to the tabula rasa cause both share the same baseitem


buyouts in hc atm are 4 ex i estimate 3ex buyouts in a week it wont drop under 3ex even the shittiest 6l sells for slightly more

I'd imagine the value to be much higher/stable in HC since it's so good at twinking medium-level characters. You can basically add life leech and life on hit to compensate for it's lack of defense.
