Resolute Technique skill question..

Hi guys.. can you clarify to me that resolute technique will make ur character always hit his enemies even u've got no dexterity at all? Tnx for ur replies :D

yup it makes ur Hit Chance 100% and never reserve critical dmg

Well it's balanced by you having a permanent 0 crit chance. Still, I like it on my sword and board marauder stacked with a lot of 1h passive dmg increase skills and elemental weapon damage.

If you take it don't waste skill points on improved accuracy nodes.
