Atlas Passive 'Synaptic Impulses' Not Working as Described

This passive is written as "synthesized unique items dropped in areas have 3 synthesized implicit modifiers".

I've completed two synthesis maps since selecting the passive, both unique items that dropped from the bosses had two synthesized implicits instead of the expected three.

true , i just did some sinth maps, and all i got was 2 implicits.

Neural Pathways and Vivid Memories are also not working.
No synthesised items and modifiers are the same as before

Same issue for me, saw Kirac had a Rewritten Distant memory, so i respec'd my atlas then opened map, ring drop was only 2 implicit, and the Neural Pathways and Vivid Memories nodes did not seem to work either.

kirac missions are not affected by your atlas.

Same here just picked up two synth items 1 implicit each??? come on GGG

Was it a Kirac mission map?
