Capped values

Does the console version of this game have lower capped values compared to the PC version on items?

On the trade screen (on here) I can find multiple gloves with +170 ES.

When trying to search in the trade on the console, the highest I get is 120 ES.

Even if I search for a specific item name on the console, it does not show.

Console has always had less people playing, fewer people crafting so you cannot look to pc for guidance. If your going to do well on console you'll have to self craft most your gear.

Don't expect it to change much either, most of us have given up the game altogether on console. I probably will not play again until they allow us to move our accounts to pc.
