3rd party controller support (program ok?)

for the past 8 or so months i've been having issues with both hands.
I have documented RSI/minor carpal tunnel, and i am curious if there are any third party programs that we can use to set up controllers to be able to play.
sorry if this is not the appropriate area for support on this. i'm trying to find a happy middle ground where i can enjoy gaming without too much pain.

for other games i use my xbox controller w/ the keyboard attachment to play and xpadder to add inputs for the game.

would love any advice that wont get me banned. tyvm.

As with every third party program, it's a risk.
GGG clearly states that having a macro or/and software that does multiple inputs with a single press of a button will almost certainly get you banned.
That being said, there have been plenty of cases where random accounts have been perma banned for just using poe overlay or some such.

Basically they have a safe guard in ToS that most other online games do too, which is a line that essentially says that they reserve the right to suspend anyone's account for any and all reasons without the necessity to disclose the reason or have an explanation, now since it can apply very broadly, they never discuss this in public to avoid someone twisting it.

TL/DR PM any community manager or mod.
